Episode 14 Part 1 When East meets West from the Heart

Season 3 Episode 14

Nienke and Guru Lama met each other through the TEDx Fiesole event and instantly noticed that they both serve through frequencies. From that moment, they stayed in touch. Nienke and the Monk had a long conversation that Nienke made into several episodes op the Phoenix Frequencies Podcasts. Guru Lama often gets the question 'What religion are you from? He answers with a smile: Our religion is compassion.
He followed his soul's mission, his Karma, as he left his successful professional life to embark on a path of healing and spirituality. Since childhood, he possessed an extraordinary ability to heal and uplift those around him. His presence radiates peace, and his wisdom has transformed countless lives. As a Guru Lama, he teaches and trains people at the Shambhala Temple and leads retreats at sacred places with Shambhala Inner Peace Tours.
Recently, they created a survey as a soul journal to help heal the wounds of what seems to be the new epidemic: loneliness. Globally, the Shambhala monks are available for free to support those who need connection and healing.

We are all responsible for how we show up in the world, to others, ánd to ourselves. With Phoenix Frequencies, Nienke van Bezooijen shines her light on what we can do to be the best versions of ourselves based on how we show up and what we are willing to learn. It isn't about showing the way with pretended positivity, it is the heart-based vulnerability-sharing options. It takes courage to rise. See what is for you. Or share with others. Perfect doesn't exist; curiosity can be the stepping stone to broaden your perspectives.

Courage to move on from the past,
Trust to be with the present,
Rise to create a new future.
