The Phoenix Frequencies

Episode 10 When losing a friend becomes an asset

Nienke van Bezooijen Season 3 Episode 10

This week, Nienke tunes into the sudden death of her energy work role model and old friend. At first, there was a massive magnitude of shock, grief and pain.
Why her, not me? That question isn't to be answered nor relevant. It just is. Grief.
Soon, that shifted: D showed she wasn't 'gone', and the connection didn't change. The overwhelm shited into gratitude. Grief and gratitude are on the same page; they are bridged by Love only.  Unconditionally.
Sometimes, the loss of a friend, while still alive, can be more painful because that's a deliberate choice. Damaging the friendship by choice because unconditional is too difficult. When the heat gets on, the truth comes out.
We all have the choice of how to BE with that rather than react to it. Then, grief and gratitude can be on the same page, while alive.

We are all responsible for how we show up in the world, to others, ánd to ourselves. With Phoenix Frequencies, Nienke van Bezooijen shines her light on what we can do to be the best versions of ourselves based on how we show up and what we are willing to learn. It isn't about showing the way with pretended positivity, it is the heart-based vulnerability-sharing options. It takes courage to rise. See what is for you. Or share with others. Perfect doesn't exist; curiosity can be the stepping stone to broaden your perspectives.

Courage to move on from the past,
Trust to be with the present,
Rise to create a new future.
