Nienke van Bezooijen

How others see you and perceive you can be mixed up or woven into limiting beliefs. Limiting beliefs can influence how you react or interact with others, too.
Don't mix up what you don't want in your life and how others respond to you. BEING limited in what you can or can't;  You have a free choice if you take their perception on as your identity or not.
You have a free choice to stay out of judgment and polarization within yourself at any time.
Gran Emma was an example for Nienke by choosing love over hate. She did this by not passing on the bullying she faced in her childhood but by transforming her choices of curiosity and love instead.

We are all responsible for how we show up in the world, to others, ánd to ourselves. With Phoenix Frequencies, Nienke van Bezooijen shines her light on what we can do to be the best versions of ourselves based on how we show up and what we are willing to learn. It isn't about showing the way with pretended positivity, it is the heart-based vulnerability-sharing options. It takes courage to rise. See what is for you. Or share with others. Perfect doesn't exist; curiosity can be the stepping stone to broaden your perspectives.

Courage to leave the past,
Trust to be present,
Rise to create a new future.
